Merchandise Launch
An event was held to launch the new apparel range of MotoGP World Champion, Casey Stoner, with media, racing personalities and Grand Prix officials in attendance. The event consisted of a press conference with an official unveiling of the range available from the Phillip Island MotoGP in late 2008.
The agency invited media, secured one-on-one media interviews and pictorial opportunities, and managed the press conference on the day.

When the curtain closed on The Phantom of the Opera around Australia, audiences were thrilled to learn about the launch of its sequel in the near future - The Phantom of Paris.
Commissioned by a Germany-based production company, the agency managed a national publicity campaign featuring media kits and songs from the upcoming sequel, with extensive media coverage featuring in national arts and consumer magazines and metropolitan newspapers.

Business Profiling
Winning the Telstra Business Women’s Award opened up opportunities for the agency to raise the profile of Diana Williams, founder of Fernwood Women’s Health Clubs, and the company to potential new franchisees.

Our creative consultants brainstormed a quirky TV promotional idea ‘Win a caravan park for a weekend’.
Channel 9 Getaway were quick to jump onboard and exclusively cover the promotion which ran across six weeks on the show, achieving a media value in excess of $800,000.
Creswick Woollen Mills
'Country Comes to the City' Event
To mark the 60th anniversary of Creswick Woollen Mills – the last remaining coloured woolen spinning mill operating in Australia – the agency worked closely with the client to implement all aspects of the Country Comes to the City event outside its largest retailer David Jones in Melbourne.
A small piece of country life was bought to the Bourke St Mall incorporating a mini-mill with spinning demonstrations, interactive workshops and a large petting zoo.
Prior to the event, Platinum PR secured a TV and radio partner to exclusively cover the event with Channel 9 Mornings with Kerri-Anne broadcasting live on the day.

Product Launch
Following on the success of the company’s Extreme Makeover range, the agency was commissioned to launch the new-to-the-market Quick Fix Instant Wrinkle Cover via a national PR-led campaign.
Platinum PR delivered a strategic national media relations campaign incorporating press kits, media trials and media showings in its Sydney and Melbourne showrooms.
Meredith
Launch Event & Media Showings
Fashionistas, Vogue magazine and the who’s who of Sydney stepped out to take part in Meredith’s re-launch of the brand and launch of next season’s collection.
Our events team planned and coordinated all stages of the event including venue hire, invites, catering, entertainment and models, whilst our fashion gurus pulled together a full fashion parade involving styling, hair, make-up and parade choreography.
All were delighted to see their mugshots in the following day’s Sun Herald social pages.
Soft Drink Launch
Street Sampling
The agency executed a national street sampling campaign to launch a new soft drink into the market.
Our sampling team managed and coordinated all aspects of the launch including permits, promotional staff, marquees, outfits, brochures and sampling bags, which took place at shopping malls and train stations in metropolitan cities across Australia.
